Urgent Prayer Request - Please Lift Up Carissa!

C28 has been contacted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation who grants wishes to kids with life-threatening illnesses.  

Carissa is a 15 year old girl in Southern California who was recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.  Carissa’s wish was to shop at C28.  She was scheduled to shop our Escondido location but has taken a turn for the worse.  She is now hospitalized and is not responding well to the chemo treatment.  In addition, her lungs have an infection which is not responding well to antibiotics. 

 

Please pray for healing, comfort and peace for this precious 15 year old.  Please pray for her family too as this has begun to take a toll on their life financially.

 

We are in the process of doing what we can to grant Carissa’s wish even if she can’t make it to our store.  We would appreciate it if you could join us in prayer for her and her family.
